Kelley Kronenberg Promotes Nathaniel D. Tobin and Paul S. Vicary to Partners in Miami
Miami, FL, July 01, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse, full-service business law firm, announced that Nathaniel D. Tobin and Paul S. Vicary have been promoted from attorneys to partners in the firm’s Miami office.
Mr. Tobin focuses his practice on First and Third Party Insurance Defense, Property and Casualty, Complex Commercial and Construction Disputes. He possesses extensive experience representing individuals in both civil and criminal matters, including work in First Party Insurance Defense, Bankruptcy and Foreclosure, Commercial Litigation, Contracts, and Third Party Insurance Defense claims. Additionally, he has volunteered as a pro bono attorney for the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office and provided legal counsel to low-income families in landlord/tenant matters through Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc.
Mr. Tobin earned dual degrees in Chemistry and Religious Studies from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA. He received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Vicary focuses his practice on First Party Insurance Defense, Property and Casualty and Complex Commercial Construction Disputes. Prior to joining Kelley Kronenberg, he operated his own commercial litigation firm representing several small businesses as in-house counsel. He also gained experience in insurance coverage and carrier representation by working as an Associate Attorney in a large Miami firm. Additionally, he is a member of the Dade County Bar Association.
Mr. Vicary earned his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and is fluent in Spanish.
