Invitation Designer Brings New Dimension to Marketing Initiatives

Companies are now utilizing high end events as a means to market changes within their organization. Invitations make all the difference.

Windham, NH, January 16, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Gone are the days when traditional marketing methods are enough to create a draw for potential prospects or to build customer relationships. Savvy companies are utilizing high-end events as a means to market changes within their organizations such as new divisions, grand openings, product launches, partnership and management announcements, seminars and realtor/broker open houses to name a few.

"While venue, food selection and theme are critical, the invitation, often overlooked, can set the tone and create great anticipation ultimately sparking interest to attend the event," says Celeste Simpson, designer and owner of Impress Me Designs of Windham, NH. Simpson's work has caught the attention of famed event planner Preston Bailey and she also recently partnered with AffluentBride.com .

Simpson, who started her business in 2001, works with business clients to create luxurious invitations in unique packaging designed to reflect the discriminating styles and preferences of clients. "Each of the invitations I design is individually hand-crafted using special embellishments and papers to create a unique piece specific to the target audience and theme of the event," says Simpson.

Case in point was a recent real-estate broker open house sponsored by Mary Ann Pfeiffer of 108 Degrees, LLC who used custom, hand-crafted invitations from Impress Me Designs to invite agents from across the state. "As a marketing professional, I'm well aware of the difference a dramatic piece of advertising can make on an audience," says Pfeiffer. "But even I was surprised at the outstanding results we achieved - turnout was more than three times the standard for our area."

Joseph Suozzo of Allstate Financial Services has also experienced the success from invitations designed by Celeste for an insurance seminar. "My usual response to a traditional mailed invitation is approximately 3%," says Suozzo. "I received an 80% response rate, with a 20% acceptance rate as well as some appointments from those who could not attend. Guests are still talking about them."

Impress Me Designs' studio is located in Windham, NH. In addition to corporate invitations and cards, they also create invitations for any occasion including "Save the Date" announcements, wedding, baby and bridal showers, birth announcements, favors, thank you cards, and a complete line of stationary.
