The group will target the affluent European's on holiday in Spain’s popular Costa del Sol with Miami investment opportunities. Commercial and residential pre-construction inventory has been carefully selected based on European appeal, price point, amenities and geographic location. Focus areas include downtown Miami, Brickell, Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach and Vero Beach.
TRILLIONAIRE, the glossy publication owned by husband and wife team Minerva Arboleya and Silvio Sulichin, is the duos' signature marketing tool used to generate business opportunities for their investors in such areas as real estate, fashion, hospitality and other industries.

The luxury publication will sponsor the ground floor shopper’s lounge at the popular Marina Banus with a Miami real estate pop-up lounge. Marina Banus, a shopping center in Puerto Banus anchored by a collection of Inditex brands and other international retailers, receives over 5 million visitors annually. The real estate pop-up lounge will operate during mall hours in July and August. The staff will capture leads, distribute information and answer investment questions from shoppers.
“Due to the synergies between Miami and Marbella, it makes sense for us to be there,” says Minerva Arboleya, “… and for them to invest here (in Miami).”
This trip to Marbella is a precursor for the 1st Annual Marbella Meets Miami commercial exchange scheduled to take place in Miami on October 11 to 14, 2016.
