Hear About Growing Demand for MRO Due to Advancing Technologies at Future Helicopter Technology This October

SMi Group Reports: Future Helicopter Technology 2016 is now open for registration

London, United Kingdom, July 09, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Registration is now open for the conference Future Helicopter Technology taking place in Prague on the 26th and 27th October 2016.

This, the 3rd event in SMi’s series of helicopter technology conferences, revered as the highest level meeting for rotary fleet commanders from the most forward thinking military nations, will focus on effective strategies for procuring and upgrading multipurpose helicopter equipment and technology, whilst ensuring the extended life of current military fleets with modular upgrades and optimised MRO capability. Attendees are advised to register by the 30th September to save £200.

A key theme of the event will be the use of Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) as a strategic enabler for optimising operational capability and air readiness for military helicopter fleets. With this in mind the agenda includes a number of high profiled expert briefings on how many leading operators are developing this essential capability.

In line with recent news of the Czech Air Force’s Procurement of New Utility Helicopters due to be near completion at the end of 2016, the event will also include five presentations covering the latest helicopter technology updates from its host nation.

The 2-day programme will include senior representatives from: UK MoD, British Armed Forces, Joint Helicopter Command, Czech Armed Forces, Czech MoD, Royal Danish Air Force, Czech Air Force, Belgium Air Force, NATO (NAHEMA), NSPA – NATO, Polish Armed Forces, Slovenian Air Force, OCCAR and many more.

Attendees will also get the chance to book a half-day pre-conference workshop on: ‘Optimising Military Helicopter Through Life Support Requirements’, hosted by: Leyton Lark, Director of Lark Consulting Limited.
