Ross Ford III, President and CEO of TCN Worldwide, is proud to announce Jonathan Rosenberg of LevRose Commercial Real Estate/TCN Worldwide will serve as the new regional vice president for the west region. Mr. Rosenberg will be assisted in this capacity by Craig Hansson of Starboard TCN Worldwide Commercial Real Estate.

Jonathan Rosenberg is the managing partner and designated broker for LevRose Commercial Real Estate, which serves the greater Phoenix metro area. His 20 plus years of experience includes asset management, receiverships, commercial leasing and sales, consulting and training. In 1992, he co-founded LevRose to handle commercial brokerage and property management in the Greater Phoenix market. Under his leadership, LevRose has been repeatedly named one of the Business Journal’s “Top 25 Commercial Brokerage Firms.” LevRose has also been named one of the “Top 10 Small Commercial Brokerage Firms” by Ranking Arizona Magazine five times and is a multi-year recipient of Costar Groups “Power Broker” Award.
Craig Hansson is a second generation San Francisco commercial realtor with almost a decade of experience in the Bay Area market and is one of Starboard TCN's top representatives. Over the past five years, Craig has negotiated over $150 Million worth of lease transactions on the behalf of landlords and tenants and sold over $100 million of commercial real estate. His specialties include landlord representation, tenant representation, repositioning of assets, and land development.
