Whitesman chairs Henderson Franklin's Business and Tax division and concentrates his practice in mergers and acquisitions, business organization operations and planning and taxation. He also serves as general counsel to a number of the firm's clients. Whitesman has received much recognition over the years, including being named to Florida Super Lawyers® Magazine (2006-2016) and Best Lawyers in America (2013-2016). Whitesman is a long time active member of the Executive Council of the Florida Bar Tax Section and former Chair.
