Top Ottawa Restaurant Supply Shop, Chef’s Paradise, Proudly Announces New Immigrant Donation Initiative

With unprecedented levels of violence across the Middle East sending refugees fleeing across the world, Canada has generously opened her borders in hopes of bringing a better life to those in need.

Ottawa, Canada, July 17, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Chef’s Paradise, one of the most respected restaurant supply outlets in Ottawa, is proud to do their part to help with a program designed to help immigrant families settle in to their new life.

Chef’s Paradise is now accepting donations at their Bank St. location, which will be given to Ottawa refugees who've been forced to leave everything behind. Items accepted include:

Clothing of all sizes
Gently used household appliances
Cookware
Cutlery
Silverware

Donations do not need to be focused on cooking - Chef’s Paradise is accepting all manner of household items, because these unfortunate families have little or nothing to their name. Additionally, they can accept broken items as well, if they are still repairable. Chef’s Paradise will do their best to restore such items, and find them a new home.

As has been seen from other countries' experiences, integration is one of the most important aspects of inviting foreign refugees into a country. There's no better way to help them feel accepted, and part of the Canadian way of life, than sharing with them in their time of need.

Those interested in donating should visit the Chef’s Paradise website at www.chefsparadise.ca/pages/DONATIONS-WELCOME, or inquire in-person at their central showroom:
