Cosmic JS Announces Transition Into Public Beta, Following Private Beta Testing

Dallas, TX, July 21, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Cosmic JS, an intuitive API-first content management system, announced its launch into public beta after eight months of private beta testing. Over the last several months more than 1,200 private beta users from around the world, including developers, creative agencies and marketing consultants delivered valuable feedback to enhance the content platform, making the product market ready. The goal of any private beta testing effort is to find bugs easily and quickly, and fix those glitches and issues before a public product release. Feedback during private beta testing led to the addition of numerous new features including the ability for Cosmic JS to solely host a website without the need of an additional server, the ability to add SSL to provide increased security measures for websites hosted on Cosmic JS, as well as localization, which is the ability to add multiple versions of a user’s content in different languages to reach a global audience.

Cosmic JS was created with both developers and non-developers in mind. Developers are able to deliver content to any website or application, giving them the freedom to build applications using any program language while saving critical time during the development process. Since there is no CMS installation, content management editors can efficiently build and update content during any stage of development.

Cosmic JS was incorporated in May 2016 by Tony Spiro, founder and CEO, and Carson Gibbons, co-founder. Spiro and Gibbons previously worked together, producing interactive projects which required content management systems. Cosmic JS emerged to solve the pain points of which most interactive agencies experience as they juggle to manage multiple websites and applications to meet clients’ needs.

Cosmic JS is now available for "upvote" on Product Hunt.
