Stan's - LPS Midwest Acquires Stateline Copy Products

Smithtown, NY, August 07, 2016 --( Prosperity Plus Management Consulting, Inc. announced that it advised Tony and Mark Steadman of Stan's - LPS Midwest in the acquisition/merger with Stateline Copy Products.

Founded in 1960 by Stanley J. Stateline Copy Products, located in South Beloit, IL, was owned by Dick and Bonnie Miller. Stateline serves the Janesville, Beloit and greater Rockford areas.
