)-- The Stephanie Coats Team, Eugene Home Group, set a goal to have 60 pending transactions within a 90 day period and the team is on track to meet that goal to help more people buy and sell real estate in Lane County.
The end of the 90 day period will be September 28th 2016, and the team's goal was to get as many buyers pending on home purchases and as many sellers pending on home sales as possible during that time. At this point in the 90 day period (day 48) the team goal is to have 31 pending transactions. Currently, the team has 30 pending transactions.
