200 Hours of Transformational Yoga Teacher Training Course in Stunning Nepal

Rishikul Yogshala is pleased to continue it's highly successful 200 hour TTC in Phokara, Nepal; a place where dreams are created.

Rishikesh, India, August 23, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Rishikul Yogshala, a Registered Yoga School (RYS), is excited to be offering the next 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Courses on 7th September and 7th of October each lasting one month. The team of yoga masters will instruct those wishing to teach or deepen their personal practice the true essence of yoga.

Taking a yoga teacher training course is a unique life enhancing experience. Described by its graduates as a highly profound, transforming and personal journey, a path that will strengthen not only a participants yoga practice but aid to develop a self discipline and awareness of the mind, body and spirit.

Add to this taking the training in amazing settings such as overlooking Phokara Lake and admiring the sturdy mountain range as a backdrop allows students to really connect with nature. The courses location and the schools ties in the town of Phokara, mean that lessons can be taken to the surrounding areas and students will be given the chance to connect with the local villagers and experience the unique Nepalese culture.

This is the second year that the school, based in Rishikesh, India will take up residency in Nepal. The schools highly acclaimed teachers will set up base at the magnificent Hotel Tulsi to welcome 25 new students to the ever growing Rishikul Family. A family of teachers and students from across the world. The school prides itself in having years of experience, meaning that the course fully develops students to go out into the world having learnt much about themselves and become part of a yoga community.

The aim of yoga is to develop self awareness and completing a Teacher Training Course with Rishikul Yogshala will help students achieve this aim through the body with asanas, through the breath with pranayamas, through the mind with meditations and, through our attitude in our daily lives through karma yoga which is described in the Bhagavad Gita, through our dealings with self and society in the yamas and niyamas of Patanjali.

Rishikul Yogshala’s 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training curriculum commences with the basics to improve the students understanding and practice in both theoretical and practical elements within the curriculum. The intensive program teachers have years of experience and training in Indian tradition. Students will learn the fundamentals, postures and theory of Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha Yoga. Along with asana practice the course will cover the practical and theoretical study of Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Adjustment & Alignment, Mantra Yoga and Cleansing Practices. The theory will be discussed relating to Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Anatomy & Physiology and Yoga Ethics. By placing an emphasis on the elements of Teaching Methodology the culmination of the course will require students to teach a class of their own.

The course is offered monthly with a fee of $1900 to include; 200 hours yoga teacher training with certification from the Yoga Alliance USA & Yoga Alliance International, ensuite single accommodation, three Ayurvedic meals per day and weekly excursions to local sights of interest.
