The PhillyLiving Team was recently ranked among the top 5000 fastest growing private companies by Inc., a print publication geared towards entrepreneurs and business owners. This year, PhillyLiving was ranked number 1,864; outpacing more than half of the 5,000 powerhouse companies included in the list.
Philadelphia, PA, August 23, 2016 --(PR.com)-- The PhillyLiving Team, an entity of Global Living Companies Inc. led by CEO Noah Ostroff, recently ranked among the top 5000 fastest growing private companies by Inc., a print publication geared towards entrepreneurs and business owners. The annual “Inc. 5,000” list is comprised of companies and businesses which push the boundaries through their innovations, strategies and of course, hard work. This year, PhillyLiving was ranked number 1,864; outpacing more than half of the 5,000 powerhouse companies included in the list.
PhillyLiving was launched in 2008 and is currently an expansion of the Keller Williams parent company. Starting with no more than 10 employees and one team, PhillyLiving has grown exponentially over the years. “Real estate is a passion of mine,” Ostroff says, “It’s not just about selling more homes though; to me, it’s about growing a bigger business.” Noah is not one to remain stationary; in PhillyLiving’s six short years they’ve added more than 65 agents and employees, expanding from one team in the Philadelphia area, to 13 in the United States and one in the United Kingdom. “I’m not competing, I’m creating,” Noah says. “I’m creating opportunity for agents to learn and be successful in the real estate world.”
In 2015 alone PhillyLiving generated more than $4.2 million in revenue and since 2013 has grown more than 200%.
