Hilliker Corporation Assists Consolidated Pipe and Supply with New Offices

St. Louis, MO, August 27, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, recently assisted its client in finding a larger space to accommodate both its offices and new local warehouse.

Consolidated Pipe and Supply will lease a 9,000-square-foot space at 801 Marshall Rd. in Valley Park beginning this Oct. Renovations include creating office space for its 10-person team. The company, which is currently located in a 1,800-square-foot office at 3780 S. Lindbergh, will add a warehouse and a three-acre pipe storage yard so that inventory can be shipped directly from St. Louis.
