Online Fitness Company Shatters Industry Standards

Minority and veteran owned online health and wellness company offers online coaching, Service Member physical training test prep, and subscription based services that seeks to redefine the way people define what it means to be "fit."

Tampa, FL, September 08, 2016 --(PR.com)-- The Unconquered Fit seeks to change the way people look at themselves by individualizing the concept of what it means to be “fit.” In response to the downward spiral of fitness trends and nutrition fads, The Unconquered Fit offers a fresh view that requires its clients to first define their personal definition of “fit.”

“Society has gotten to point where if you don’t look a certain way or ‘eat clean’ you’re not considered fit,” stated Curtis Speller, owner of the online health and wellness company. “The norms, wherever they came from, have badly injured the self-image of countless millions of people around the globe. People feel pressured to look like the people they see on TV or on social media. We want to move past all of that nonsense and let people decide their own version of fit and work towards that.”

The company, which officially launches on Halloween of 2016, plans to offer free and premium information that focuses on individual body maintenance. This includes nutrition and exercise oriented content produced in a variety of forms from videos to lists to galleries and even traditional articles. The free content leans more toward motivation, while the subscription based users will have access to more goal-oriented content.

In addition to content, subscribers will have access to the mobile app and online platform that creates an online gym. “It’s not enough to just provide content,” Speller said of the online platform. “We wanted to create a community that has groups and goals and challenges for people. Working out is a lifestyle and it’s important to be able to share that with people who have similar goals.”

Online coaching is also available for those who want to work with a certified personal trainer to help guide them through their fitness journey.

Perhaps one of the most interesting services offered by The Unconquered Fit is a program called Gains ‘n’ Glory. It’s a group fitness program designed for Service Members who want to improve their physical training test scores. From each client in this service $1 will be donated monthly to a charity that supports wounded and homeless veterans.
