The project involves a residential subdivision which includes a mixture of single-family residential homes to be sold as a house and lot package and rental condominiums: 39-multi-family units, 64 single-family homes, 35 multi-family units including 19 below market rate units.
The scope of this study included four tests of project viability: Economic feasibility; Market feasibility; Cost feasibility; and Financial Feasibility.
