The seller was KAI’OHU Academy Point, LLC. The buyer was 1050 South Academy, LLC. John Witt and Matt Call of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the seller. Weston Thomas of Westward Properties, LTD represented the buyer. This deal successfully closed in September 2016. The building was originally constructed in 1981, and is conveniently located off S Academy Blvd and Academy Park Loop along Hwy 24.
