Mr. Persaud has been in his current position of Chief Financial Officer of Merrimack Valley YMCA for the past fifteen years. In his day to day job functions, Mr. Persaud supervises all fiscal operations for both the Massachusetts and New Hampshire branches of the YMCA. Exercising his personal strength in internal controls, Damoder also coordinates with all of the branch executives of both YMCA locations.
