American Law Society Recognizes April Haile of Florida

The American Law Society Board of Directors is proud to announce that April Haile has been accepted as a new member.

New York, NY, October 20, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Ms. Haile, Assistant State Attorney at Office of the State Attorney, 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida, received her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, in May 2011 from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens, Florida. Haile previously earned her B.S. in Criminology at FSU, Tallahassee, and has since served as a Prosecutor, ensuring the successful and just prosecution of various types of cases including civil infractions resulting in death, misdemeanors, traffic and felonies.

Her experience as a Special DUI Prosecutor ranges from cases which are (1) Second DUI within Five Years; (2) Third DUI within Ten Years; (3) Multiple open DUI cases; (4) cases where the defendant has a pending fourth or higher DUI; (5) cases wherein the defendant is represented by specialized DUI attorneys; and (6) fourth or subsequent DUI offender’s cases in Felony Court.

Haile takes care in keeping abreast of all relevant case law, and is well-versed in pre-trial motions, conducting legal research, drafting memoranda of law, conducting witness and victim interviews, and preparing witnesses for court testimony.
