New Home Co-Broker Academy Class on November 15th at Providence and Partnership with Osceola Realtors Association on the Horizon

ABD provides free New Home Co-Broker Academy courses for its real estate agent partners. These courses enable Realtors to obtain NHCB certification and continuing education credit hours. The next course will be held on November 15th at Providence and all local real estate professionals are invited to register. Because of the success of the program, ABD is also partnering with the Osceola County Association of Realtors to co-brand the courses in 2017.

Orlando, FL, October 22, 2016 --(PR.com)-- This year there were several New Home Co-Broker Academy courses given for free by ABD Development Company to local real estate agents at Providence Golf and Country Club Community and Toscana Palm Coast. ABD Development welcomes all Realtors to attend these valuable continuing education real estate classes led by David Fletcher, a 30 year real estate industry insider. The New Home Co-Broker Academy course educates and certifies the attendees regarding the benefits, considerations, and statistical facts of new home real estate.

The next three hour class at Providence is scheduled for November 15th and will begin promptly at 9am, with lunch provided. Please contact Matt Brown at 863-420-2100 ext. 103 or matt@abddevelopment.com if you are interested in registering for attendance, or wish to get on the contact list for future courses. “We provide these classes as a thank you to our partners in the real estate community,” says Yuval Botansky, President of ABD Development Company. “The event is always an outstanding success with many top Realtors in attendance, earning CE credits in a comfortable environment with a dynamic teacher.”

Course instructor David Fletcher has worked with home builders all over Florida and counts $3 billion in real estate transactions as a new home broker. Mr. Fletcher advises real estate professionals to always show a new home to prospective buyers first. This introduces buyers to the concept of how much an energy efficient, warrantied, fixed price house will compare in cost to existing homes. Additional reasons to buy a new home will include choosing the home site, upgrade allowances, incentive increases, and trust in new plumbing and electricity. Purchasers of a newly constructed home can enjoy personalizing, not retrofitting, their new house.

A tour of Providence golf community southwest of Orlando, or Toscana Palm Coast just minutes from the beach completes the real estate class. ABD Development encourages all local Realtors to bring their clients to its models at Providence, Windsor Landing, and Toscana. ABD provides many materials for real estate agents to utilize, including online tours of golf cottages and luxury home models in 3D, and unbranded brochures. ABD Development Company has also recently announced its partnership with the Osceola County Association of Realtors to co-brand the courses in 2017. OSCAR has over 3,000 members and will be offering this course for free as a service to its agents, compliments of Providence.
