Shea Properties Completes Industrial Center in Carlsbad

New project adds more than 119,000 SF of Class A industrial space to growing portfolio.

San Diego, CA, October 27, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Shea Properties announced today the completion of Shea Center Carlsbad, a 119,408-square-foot Class A industrial center located on 8.29 acres in the exclusive Bressi Ranch area of Carlsbad. The project began construction in December 2015 and was completed in October 2016.

Shea Center Carlsbad includes two 59,704-square-foot, state-of-the-art industrial buildings, each with first and second floor offices, as well as a ±50,000-square-foot warehouse space. The buildings will feature four loading docks, three grade level expandable doors, 30' height clearance, ESFR sprinkler systems and 40' x 60' column spacing.

Located in the coastal North County community of Bressi Ranch, tenants of Shea Center Carlsbad have immediate access to the I-5 and Palomar Airport Road, and are in close vicinity to the Carlsbad Poinsettia Commuter Rail and Palomar Airport.
