This additional component will provide recruiting organizations with an efficient way to gauge whether a potential candidate is likely to move jobs. Through artificial intelligence, the Mover Predictor feature will predict three levels of mover probability: low, medium, and high.
These probabilities will interpret the likelihood of a candidate making a change -beyond sentiment analysis.
