Church Hill Classics Launches Its 9th Annual Frame My Future Scholarship Contest - How Will You Frame Your Future?

Monroe, CT, November 05, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Church Hill Classics (CHC), a leading manufacturer and online retailer in the college and university diploma frame industry, announces its 9th annual Frame My Future Scholarship Contest.

The online national scholarship contest begins today and runs through March 1, 2016. Entrants provide an original and creative piece that communicates the theme, “This Is How I Frame My Future.” Past student submissions have included photographs, collages, poems, drawings, paintings, graphic design work, short essays, or a mix of these creative expressions.

“Our products celebrate milestone events, and the Frame My Future scholarship is extension of that, helping students achieve their academic goals while giving back financially to colleges and universities across the U.S.,” states Lucie Voves, President, Founder and CEO of Church Hill Classics. “When I started this business 25 years ago, my hope was to inspire success-driven students who, like myself, were eager to pursue their dreams. Over the past eight years, we’re proud to say we’ve awarded nearly $50,000 in student scholarships!”

The Frame My Future Scholarship Contest 2017 is open to all legal U.S. residents attending a U.S. college/university full-time for the 2017-2018 academic year. CHC will award a total of $6,000 in scholarships to the Top Five Winners.

It’s easy and fun to enter! Students simply submit a jpeg/jpg or png file (file size must not exceed 2MB) of their creative work along with a description (500 characters or fewer) of what the student hopes to achieve in his or her personal and professional life after college.

After the contest closes, 24 Finalists will be selected by CHC’s expert judging panel. Entries will be evaluated on creativity and the accompanying description as it pertains to the scholarship contest and the rules/requirements.

The 24 Finalists will be posted online on diplomaframe.com for public voting from March 31 to April 20, 2017. The five top-voted entries will each receive a $1,000 scholarship, and the entry receiving the most votes, the Grand Prize Winner, will also earn a matching donation of $1,000 toward his/her college or university’s scholarship endowment fund. Winners will be announced on May 12, 2017.

The 2016 Frame My Future Scholarship Contest received more than 4,800 entries. Last year’s Grand Prize Winner, Micaela Wu, is pursuing a degree in Nutrition at California Polytechnic State University.
