Seniors Real Estate Institute Honors Austin Realtor Cummings Named "Legacy Leader" for Work with Seniors

Oklahoma City, OK, November 05, 2016 --(PR.com)-- The Seniors Real Estate Institute (SREI) has named Austin, Texas real estate agent Cyndi Cummings the recipient of their 2016 Legacy Leader award.

The honor is given annually at the SREI Legacy Conference (www.sreilegacyconference.com) to a real estate professional who goes above and beyond when it comes to service to senior adult home owners. They are actively engaged in their community and they continue to learn and grow through seniors real estate institute's ongoing educational programming.

Cummings, an agent with Keller-Williams Realty in Austin, is also the founder of the Austin Senior Resource Alliance, a group of senior service providers who specialize in working with older adults.

“Cyndi is more than just a real estate agent. While she and her team are excellent at getting homes sold, they are also sensitive to the physical challenges and emotional side of moving that often accompany late-life relocation,” explained Nikki Buckelew, co-founder and CEO of the Seniors Real Estate Institute.

“Cyndi educates, informs, and equips mature homeowners on issues about how to safely age in community and she also mentors and coaches other professionals on how to better serve elder clients.”

The Seniors Real Estate Institute is a national organization and premier educational provider of advanced training, certification, and networking for real estate professionals specializing in the mature market.

Next year's Legacy Conference will be held in Oklahoma City, OK on Oct 18-19, 2017.
