The 200 hours in Kerala covers in depth studies of Ashtanga yoga, Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda, and Yoga Philosophy. The long residential training is conducted by traditional and highly learned yoga teachers of India who take great pains in teaching students.
The curriculum includes practical as well as theoretical training of all the yoga forms. Getting up to the sunrise beyond the sea and doing Sun Salutation will going to be a great experience for them. The center is certified by Yoga Alliance USA so that after completing the program students can register themselves with RYT, Yoga alliance, USA and awarded certificate which would entitle them to start their own yoga schools anywhere in the world.
