Albany, NY, November 13, 2016 --(PR.com
)-- Mash Card, the University at Albany student-created, community with benefits app startup, is currently negotiating with vendor sites to bring more HAPPY events to their student membership in 2017.
Co-Founder Tiran Koren explains: “A major focus of our MASH community is our vendors. They bring real value to our students and we realize that there is no reason for business owners to not reap the benefits of MASH. In addition to driving traffic from college students, we also created the 'Vendor card,' which provides a vendor to vendor relationship network. Our ultimate vendor goal is to help our businesses gain more traffic, lower their unnecessary expenses, and make them happy too.” MASH currently stands for Making All Students Happy.
The events will bring new experiences and promotional deals to the MASH community. Some of the events being planned with In Focus Brands’ Launch Team include: a tv casting for new pilots and programs, a Bar Game Olympics, a gaming tournament, an open mic night, a new artists gallery showing and a karaoke battle.
In Focus Brands’ Chief Brand Strategist and CEO, Robert Manasier, adds: “As is our long-standing practice and a key aspect to MASH’s vision, we are partnering with local non-profits to further benefit their missions while we stage these happy experiences. As we continue to hire and train new staff, we have been amazed at the quality of people joining the MASH Movement. Campuses are starting to reach out and we are in talks to bring the MASH Experience and benefits to other local area colleges for next semester.”
Up next for the Mash Card Launch Team, adding new senior staff (CTO) and an internal development team; recruiting sales, marketing and research staff to grow the campus bases regionally and the vendor base (over 70 establishments already have signed into the MASH Universe).
