Joetta Clark Diggs’ Senior Olympics to be Held at The Gateway Family YMCA

Five Points Branch chosen as participating location.

Union, NJ, November 14, 2016 --(PR.com)-- The Gateway Family YMCA is partnering with Joetta Clark Diggs, Four-time Olympian to offer the Joetta Clark Diggs’ Senior Olympics at the Five Points Branch, 201 Tucker Avenue, Union, NJ. This event will be held on Friday, November 18th, 9:00am – 12:00pm. Registration is required; contact Thomas Galuppo, Director of Healthy Living, at 908-688-9622.

Sponsored by Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and the Joetta Clark Diggs Sports Foundation, Joetta Clark Diggs’ Senior Olympics includes an array of events for participants ages 55 and up designed to increase activity, while providing a fun challenge. Games and events include the following: Horse Shoe Pitch, Hula Hoop, Soccer, Bowling and a timed obstacle course. Free gifts and awards are available to participants.
