Kelley Kronenberg Continues to Break New Ground with Launch of Multinational Client Practice Group

Firm Introduces German and Italian Versions of Its Website to Cater to Growing Diverse Client-Base

Fort Lauderdale, FL, November 23, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Kelley Kronenberg, a diverse, full-service business law firm, has launched a Multinational Client Practice Group to advise and assist international companies and clients in U.S. legal matters. To complement this new practice group, the firm has created custom-translated versions of its website in German and Italian. These sites are designed to assist the firm’s growing multi-national client base with an international presence to better understand and address market-specific issues with Immigration, Business and Real Estate Transactions, Commercial Litigation, and Employment law.

“Florida has one of the most diverse populations in the United States. The state’s geographic location, multicultural and multilingual workforce, and favorable business climate make it an ideal location for international business,” said Thomas Choberka, firm Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer. “As our clients’ businesses continue to operate on an increasingly global scale, we feel our new Multinational Client Practice Group, and German and Italian websites, will provide an excellent resource, and enable us to better connect with our international clients.”

The firm’s Multinational Client Practice Group is led by Attorneys Lydia Harley and Alberto Polimeni. Lydia Harley, based in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, will lead the practice focused on German clientele. Ms. Harley focuses her practice on the defense of General Liability, Immigration, and the prosecution and defense of declaratory judgement actions involving insurance coverage disputes and extra-contractual claims. She handles issues involving business immigration matters for investors, executives, and multinational companies. Ms. Harley serves on the board of the German American Business Chamber of South Florida and is an active member of the American-German Club of the Palm Beaches. She studied law at the Justus-Liebig Universität Giessen, Germany, with a primary focus on Constitutional, Contract, Tort, and Criminal Law. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center where she graduated summa cum laude. Ms. Harley is fluent German and verbal Aramaic.

Alberto Polimeni, located in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale and Miami offices, will lead the practice dedicated to an Italian client base. Mr. Polimeni concentrates his practice primarily on Immigration, Corporate, and Employment Law. He handles issues involving business immigration matters for investors, executives, multinational companies, and professionals in the sport and entertainment industry. He also handles business transactions and commercial litigation. He is a member of the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Southeast and previously worked for an international law firm. He earned his law degree from Roma Tre University of Rome, Italy, and went on to earn a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center through a dual degree program between the two law schools. He is fluent in Italian and Spanish, and conversational in French.

The firm has also recognized that its international clients have a desire to interact with the website and experience client service in their own language. By launching its website in both German and Italian, Kelley Kronenberg has taken significant steps to reduce communication barriers that may have once prevented prospective international clients from finding the firm’s legal services online. The new custom sub-sites were each uniquely designed, not as an extension or direct translation of the English version, but created to specifically cater to the German and Italian market in the United States. “We believe it is important for our clients to have an attorney who is sensitive to their region’s cultural differences and unique business philosophies, and we have identified attorneys on our staff with a deep understanding of these issues and nuances,” said Choberka. “Our Multinational Client Practice Group is led by attorneys who are fluent in multiple languages, and have lived, worked, and studied law outside their home countries.”

Kelley Kronenberg’s German website can be found at http://www.kelleykronenberg.com/de/, and the Italian version is located at http://www.kelleykronenberg.com/it/. Both websites are also accessible through the firm’s main website, http://www.kelleykronenberg.com.

“We are very excited to announce the launch of our Multinational Client Practice Group, and German and Italian sites, as it builds upon our ongoing commitment to offer the highest standard to our clients,” said Choberka. The firm plans to roll out additional international versions of its website, including a Spanish version, in the coming months.
