American Law Society Recognizes Lawrence C. Ecoff
American Law Society Board of Directors is proud to announce that Lawrence C. Ecoff has been accepted as a new member with ATL* distinction. America's Top Lawyers (ATL*) list is comprised of well-rounded individuals representing a diverse cross-section of U.S. legal advocates.
An alumni of the University of California, Irvine’s class of 1986, Ecoff went on to graduate with his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1989. Mr. Ecoff is a member of the State Bar of California, and is admitted to practice in all California State Courts, including the California Court of Appeals and the California Supreme Court. Ecoff has successfully litigated hundreds of cases at both the trial and appellate level, in both state and federal courts throughout the United States.
Over more than 20 years of practice, Ecoff has represented hundreds of clients and has achieved remarkable results for both individuals and business entities in all forms of business disputes, real estate disputes, and general litigation matters. Ecoff has also been retained over the years by a number of well-known entertainment, sports and media figures.
Ecoff is held in high regard for proficiency and effectiveness in negotiating and resolving disputes. He has formed numerous corporations and limited liability companies, assisting clients throughout the process of multi-million dollar purchase and sale transactions, as well as tax-deferred 1031 exchanges.
