Fort Myers Business Litigation Attorney Carlos Kelly Elected to Uncommon Friends Foundation Board

Kelly, a stockholder in the firm’s Business Litigation practice group, was elected to the Uncommon Friends Foundation Board of Directors. The Uncommon Friends Foundation is a nonprofit organization is dedicated to lifelong character building among today’s youth and business leaders. Its mission is to promote character education in schools, business ethics in the workplace and historic preservation of the Burroughs Home and James Newton Archives.

Kelly helps his business clients in the areas of partner/shareholder/co-owner claims, creditors’ rights, and other contract-based claims. He also assists his real estate clients in the areas of eminent domain, inverse condemnation, Bert J. Harris, Jr., Private Property Rights Protection Act claims, purchase and sale disputes, landlord/tenant claims, and foreclosure.
