Michael Greco Named Managing Partner of Fisher Phillips’ Denver Office
Fisher Phillips LLP announced that Michael R. Greco has succeeded Todd Fredrickson as Regional Managing Partner of the national labor and employment law firm's Denver office. Fredrickson had successfully established and led Fisher Phillips' Denver office since 2008. Greco is a key partner in the Fisher Phillips Employee Defection & Trade Secrets Practice Group.
Denver, CO, January 05, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Fisher Phillips LLP announced today that Michael R. Greco has been named Regional Managing Partner of the firm’s Denver office.
Greco succeeds Todd Fredrickson, who has held that position since the Denver office was established in 2008. Fredrickson will continue as a partner in the Denver office, which he started with Darin Mackender and grew to fifteen attorneys.
Greco said: “Under Todd Fredrickson’s leadership, the size of our office and the strength of the Fisher Phillips brand have grown significantly in Denver. Growth and quality of practice remain our top priorities.”

Formerly a partner in the firm’s Philadelphia office, which he co-founded with two other partners, Greco helped grow the Philadelphia office to more than twenty attorneys before he transferred his national practice to Denver in June, 2015. As a key partner in the Fisher Phillips Employee Defection & Trade Secrets Practice Group, Greco’s practice is focused on litigating claims and issues that arise from the movement of employees between competing firms. Greco has litigated complex trade secret and non-compete cases in nearly all fifty states over the last twenty years.
Greco emphasized the important role Fredrickson will continue to play with Fisher Phillips at both the national level and in the Denver office: “I am honored to succeed Todd as Regional Managing Partner.
