Although he tends to concentrate on professional liability, product liability, and construction/design professional matters, he also handles complex commercial litigation, including coverage matters and the defense of insurance disputes. Mr. Ferguson earned a Bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in Political Science, and his J.D., cum laude, from Brigham Young University. He is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named a Super Lawyer in Personal Injury Defense by Mountain State Super Lawyers (Thomson Reuters). He is the Co-Author of “Punitive Damages Compendium,” Defense Research Institute and “Ethical Considerations under the Amended Federal Rules of Civil Procedure” in the Utah Bar Journal. Mr. Ferguson is a Fellow of the Trial Lawyer Honorary Society and a member of Litigation Counsel of America. He enjoys playing with his grandchildren and listening to classical music.
