American Law Society Recognizes Marc R. Carlson
The American Law Society Board of Directors is proud to announce that Marc R. Carlson has been accepted as a new member with ATL distinction. Their America Top Lawyers list is comprised of well-rounded individuals representing a diverse cross-section of U.S. legal advocates.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Science “With Distinction” from the University of Kansas. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado School of Law. The trusted legal resource www.martindale.com has awarded Marc an “AV Preeminent Rating,” which is the “highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards” that it offers. Other accolades include: a 10 out of 10 highest rating of “Superb” from AVVO and a Lawyers.com client rating of 5 out of 5.
Some of Marc’s other credits include writing as a contributing author for the book “Blooper Episodes in Estate Planning and Elder Law-Lessons from Prime Time TV” (2015); writing the article “Benefits of a Revocable Living Trust” in the Boulder County Attorneys Profiles and Reference Book (2009); and presenting at legal educational seminars including “What You Should Know about Willis and Trusts.”
