About Peter I. Altman

Peter I. Altman’s practice focuses on representing investment management firms, private and public companies, and individuals in white collar and other government enforcement and regulatory matters, internal investigations and complex commercial litigation. He also advises clients on a broad range of regulatory compliance and corporate governance issues. Mr. Altman has extensive experience with matters involving federal securities and commodities laws.
