Marking the beginning of an amazing real estate talk, the event that took place at Hotel Radisson Blu had stalls displayed for Jaipur’s most renowned builders. The stalls had been put up by real estate firms like Okay Plus, Mangalam Build Developers, Dhanuka Group, Mahima Group, Trimurty Builders, ARG Group, GKB Group, Felicity Group, Vatika Ltd., as well as a Keys90 Sellers Lounge.

The highlight of the event was an on spot 360 degree property view through a Virtual Reality Headset provided by Keys90. The Program –
Starting around 12.15 p.m. was a Knowledge Sharing Session where some of the most renowned names in the field of real estate were participating.

Mr. Sushil, CA by profession spoke on how important it is to have a positive attitude in life, including when you’re investing in property. He enlightened the audience by sharing the commonly neglected information about salt analysis – the inside-out research. Quoting five stories with their morals he for sure gave some insight about the real estate industry.

Mr. Kabra, architect and Post Graduate in Project Management, working under the company banner Methods was next to enlightening the audience about the details of construction management. He had a variety of points to focus on related to construction management and he was impressively successful to convince the audience with his ideas of planning, scheduling, allocation, and monitoring construction.

Starting his discussion on real estate Mr. Atma Ram Gupta, Chartered Accountant and currently working with the ICWAI said, “Real estate is a really real estate” and left the audience wanting for more information. With his understanding of budget he was able to grab the attention of the audience and as soon as he got that everyone was left amazed with his knowledge, asking as many questions as they could – clearing the myths and knowing what it really meant.

Last on the list of speakers was Mr. Hidesh Dhanuka, Director of Dhanuka Realty Group, answering questions that came from the audience. The smartest questions asked during the event were related to service tax on a completed building, Real Estate Regulator Act (RERA), income tax associated with the real estate, the threats associated with the field, the impact of demonetization and where the future of real estate rests.
