American Law Society Recognizes Thomas Christopher Johns

New York, NY, February 10, 2017 --(PR.com)-- For 37 years, Thomas Christopher Johns has served as a civil trial attorney as well as a civil and criminal appellate lawyer. He attended the University of California, Berkeley, before receiving his Juris Doctor at the University of California, Hastings College of Law. He has since specialized in Personal Injury, Real Estate, Insurance, Litigation, and Aviation in San Rafael, CA with a longstanding goal to meet the needs of his community in legal representation.

Johns has argued cases at the California Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, and the California First District Court of Appeals. He has tried cases at both the state and federal level, and has served as a panel member for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California as a Neutral Evaluator and Mediator. In addition, Johns is an experienced expert witness in the area of attorney fees and insurance coverage.
