American Law Society Recognizes Terri Parker

New York, NY, February 10, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Terri Parker is a partner at Shook Hardy & Bacon. Her litigation practice includes defending products liability cases, employment disputes, and general tort, contract and eminent domain disputes. As a testament to her excellence in her field, Terri has won summary judgment in two high-profile wrongful death cases.

Terri earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2005, graduating Magna Cum Laude. In addition, Terri graduated first in her class and served as intern to the Honorable Elizabeth A. Jenkins of the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.

Earning an M.B.A. from Jacksonville University in 2002, coupled with fifteen years of operations and management experience in the insurance and financial services industry for a Fortune 500 financial services company provide Terri with a unique understanding and passion for defending corporations in today’s litigious environment.

Awards of note include: Finalist in the legal services category for Business Woman of the Year by the Tampa Bay Business Journal (2015); the Hillsborough County Bar Association’s Pro Bono Firm Award (2013); and Rising Stars from Florida Super Lawyers (2010-2011).
