As co-founder of PamTen, Inc., Ms. Pamula has embraced the entrepreneurial spirit while guiding her company to follow the inspiration. PamTen is a staffing and solutions organization, and has also developed several products that are being very well received. One product, ConnectProGlobal, has been gaining in clientele, which includes several large membership organizations in New Jersey and Canada.
