American Law Society Recognizes Ted Simon

The American Law Society Board of Directors is proud to announce that Ted Simon has been accepted as a new member.

Winston, GA, March 07, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Ted W. Simon is a principal at Ted Simon LLC located in Winston, Georgia. His practice provides scientific support in the areas of toxicology, environmental risk assessment, statistics, drug and alcohol abuse, risk communication as well as other areas. He is an award winning toxicologist and scientist with twelve years of experience as a toxicologist employed by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). During his tenure, he served as the EPA’s senior toxicologist in the waste management division.

Ted earned his Ph.D. in Neurobiology and Behavior from Georgia State University in 1989. He has worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Emory University, a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Georgia State University, and began his teaching career as an Assistant Professor of Biology at Life College in Marietta, Georgia. Consequently, he has over fifteen years of teaching experience and has been an instructor for the Department of Environmental Health Science at the University of Georgia since 2001.

Ted has numerous publications to his credit including nearly thirty peer-reviewed journal articles and one textbook - "Environmental Risk Assessment: A Toxicological Approach." In addition to his prolific writings, he has a number of invited lectures to his credit. Pertaining to his legal acumen, Ted has provided litigation support as expert testimony and consultation for both private sector clients and the EPA.
