American Law Society Recognizes Kenneth P. Carman

The American Law Society Board of Directors is proud to announce that Kenneth P. Carmen has been accepted as a new member with ATL distinction. The America's Top Lawyers list is comprised of well-rounded individuals representing a diverse cross-section of U.S. legal advocates.

Deerfield Beach, FL, March 14, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Kenneth P. Carman is a partner at Carman, Beauchamp, Sang & Gonzales, one of the few remaining boutique trial firms still engaged solely in the practice of insurance defense. The Florida-based firm has been rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in Best’s Directory of Recommended Insurance Attorneys. Mr. Carman is an AV rated attorney and has practiced in the area of insurance defense litigation since 1978.

Mr. Carman has acted as house counsel and regional counsel for two major insurance companies where he litigated the companies’ high exposure lawsuits including products liability, premises claims and automobile negligence claims. In private practice, Mr. Carman continued to represent insurance companies and their insured with an additional emphasis on the defense of employment and civil rights actions as well as other constitutional claims in both State and Federal Courts.

Mr. Carman disseminates his specialized knowledge through giving seminars in both the insurance and governmental areas. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Nova Southeastern School of Law. He is an active member of Defense Research Institute and The Florida Defense Lawyers Association.
