American Law Society Recognizes Alan M. Kindred
The American Law Society Board of Directors is proud to announce that Alan M. Kindred has been accepted as a new member with ATL distinction. The America's Top Lawyers list is comprised of well-rounded individuals representing a diverse cross-section of U.S. legal advocates.
In fact, Alan has worked for the oldest intellectual property law firm in the United States, one of the largest intellectual property law firms in Southern California, and in-house with one of the world’s most famous fashion designers. He has applied his expertise across the world, working on taking domestic companies abroad and bringing foreign companies into the U.S. Of note, Alan has recently appeared before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in an international trademark case.
Alan earned his L.L.B. from Sydney Law School. He is a trained mediator from the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law, the preeminent dispute resolution school in the United States. He has also earned an M.A. from Sydney University.
Prior to joining Leech Tishman, Alan was a partner at Kindred|Posey, a California-based international and domestic consultancy and legal services firm that he co-founded with fellow Leech Tishman partner Ivan Posey. 'Pasadena Magazine' included him in its Top Attorneys in 2014.
The American Law Society board of directors selectively chooses lawyers who show a history of greatness and consistency. It is their privilege to have Mr. Kindred join the organization.
