World Champion Chef to host event in Royal Oak, Michigan.

Royal Oak, MI, March 18, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Executive Chef Jean-Marc Touya will pay a visit to Royal Oak Michigan for a special event to showcase his creations at the Mirepoix Cooking School (above the Holiday Market) on March 27th, courtesy of Quality Meats and Culinary Specialties of Detroit. Chef Jean-Marc will prepare and present his masterpieces to a private invitation only crowd of Executive Pastry Chefs and Executive Chefs who work in the Metro Detroit Area, managing the top Restaurants, Country Clubs and Bakeries.

Chef Jean-Marc, a native of France is a World Champion Pastry Silver Medalist, holding the esteemed privilege of being a two-time finalist in the MOF (Meilleurs Ouvriers de France), competition. He hails from an established family of pastry specialists. Training in France and Switzerland, he further cultivated his impressive sugar skills at Maison de Douceurs, his family run patisserie in Cognac before making his way to the United States.

His art, consisting of Modern Tarts, Entremets, Plated Desserts, Pate De Fruit, Bonbons, and Sugar Work will surely leave a mark in one of the Hottest and Fastest Growing Restaurant Scenes in North America; Metro Detroit.
