Madison Ave. in St. Louis, MO. The Seller was Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. (AT&T). Based upon the search criteria, the property was among several identified in Howard Commercial’s property database. The property was not, however, on the market for sale. AT&T was approached directly, an offer was made, terms were agreed and the building closed without ever coming to market.
The building will serve as the new corporate headquarters for Big Rivers Marketing, a manufacturer’s rep agency.
