Luxury Specialists of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties Treated to Dynamic Speakers, Networking and More at Conference at Bacara Resort & Spa

Goleta, CA, March 19, 2017 --(PR.com)-- Two hundred Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties luxury-home sales specialists were wined and dined on the Santa Barbara coastline at LUX 2017, an invitation-only conference February 23-24 at the Bacara Resort & Spa.

LUX 2017 was the ideal opportunity to network and impart important market information to Luxury Specialists in a vibrant setting. The annual event is organized by the firm’s Luxury Directors: Maxine and Marti Gellens, Kate Adams, Lucy Kelts, Michael Taylor, Shauna Covington, Bruce Miller, Cristie St. James and Marcus Canter, Larry Young, Andrew Manning, Jody Fine, Janice Lee, and Nancy Kogevinas.

The two-day event was filled with evening receptions, a spectacular Santa Barbara Home Tour of properties ranging from $5.995 million to $50 million, and compelling speakers including Mary Lee Blaylock, President and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties; Peter Turtzo, Senior Vice President of International Operations for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices; and motivational speaker and author Ty Bennett.

Powerful presentations also were delivered by the in-house legal team of Martha Mosier, Victoria Boynton, and Stella Ling, as well as the much-anticipated luxury report presented by Andrew Manning and Larry Young. Luxury Specialists learned about new dynamic marketing tools, participated in roundtable discussions, and heard an all-important update on The Charitable Foundation, a nonprofit 501 (c)3 organization operated by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties agents.

“LUX 2017 brought together top-producing Luxury Specialists throughout Southern California, many of whom rank among leading Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices agents nationwide,” Mary Lee said.

“We are committed to providing all of our agents with the most up-to-date market data and technology tools so they can help their clients make the most informed decisions about buying or selling. It was extremely gratifying to help them expand their horizons and enjoy their company at LUX 2017.”
