San Diego, CA, March 19, 2017 --(PR.com
)-- "It's always an incredible feeling when you can create a win-win situation for both buyer and seller," says Chris Spade of Keller Williams San Diego Metro.
The seller, a repeat client, sold her condo located at 4425 Louisiana Street #5, San Diego, CA 92116.
The suite, located in the heart of University Heights closed escrow on March 14. The final sales price was $340,000. The suite, was a fully remodeled two bedroom one bath unit. The seller, put nearly $20,000 in upgrades to the property. She was selling the property to take place in a tax deferred 1031 exchange.
A 1031 exchange as it's commonly called is an IRS tax code which allows investors to roll over their profits from the home to purchase a different investment property. "This property was both excellent for buyer and seller," says Spade. "The buyers were using their downpayment from their 1031 exchange. It was investor meeting investor."
University Heights is located in the Metro district of San Diego. It's centered on Park Boulevard and Adams Avenue. The area was founded in 1888 and is historically know for its ostrich farm. During the summer residents spend Friday evenings in Trolly Barn Park for the community concert series.
Chris Spade is a top producing agent at Keller Williams San Diego Metro. He is in the top 5% of all agents in the market center. Chris started his partnership with Keller Williams in March of 2007. It's the only place to work, says Spade. The mission statement of Keller Williams and Spade Home Made, Inc. is "win-win or no deal."
