The company, headed by Tim Tyler, CPLP a learning professional with 20 years experience in multiple industries, will focus its operations on providing comprehensive learning environments to real estate brokerages to develop skills in new and experienced agents. Mr. Tyler has worked at Coldwell Banker University over the past 6 years, helping that organization achieve #3 ranking in the Training Magazine Top 125, guiding the development of the LAUNCH new agent training program and My Meeting library of resources for brokers and managers to use in weekly office sales meetings, and most recently managing the redevelopment of the Coldwell Banker brand's widely publicized Smart Home learning program.
