Chiropractic Economics Launches Web-Site Redesign

Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, February 08, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Chiropractic Economics is relaunching its Web site, www.ChiroEco.com, with exciting new features including new graphics and functionality that allow fast and easy guest interactivity with the full complement of Chiropractic Economics’ resources.

According to magazine editor Linda Segall, the Web site will be an expanded version of the magazine. “Everything you find in the magazine will be on the Web site,” she said, “but in addition, the Web site will have features and resources you can find nowhere else.”

Keeping visitors up-to-date through expanded news sections as well as useful information is a key goal of the Web site. In addition to news about the profession and small-business operations, the site now has industry news and general health news.

Other new features include:

• Expert Insights. “That is our title for blogs,” explained Amy Mitchell, online editor. “Our editors and noted experts regularly write online opinions. We encourage visitors to leave their opinions, whether they agree or disagree with the expert’s opinion. We also welcome new bloggers.”

• Resource Center. On the left-hand side of the home page, visitors will find a Resource Center, which is a new feature to the Web site. Visitors who want information about one of these topic areas click on it.

“They will then find articles, more news associated only with that topic area, and information on products and vendors,” said Mitchell. “The Resource Center is intended to be a one-stop research area focused on specific topic areas,” said Mitchell, who helps assure the areas are refreshed with new content regularly.

• Searchable Datebook. Visitors can search Datebook for seminars and conferences under various criteria — location, dates, company — even by the availability of continuing education.

• Searchable Product Releases. “New and improved products are announced quite often,” said Mitchell. “We are posting these product releases online to keep readers up-to-date on what’s new.”

The ChiroEco.com Web site is a dynamic site, which will be adding new features in the near future. “Look for research reports, polls, and white papers,” said Manuel Lirio, director of Web operations. “The best thing is to make ChiroEco.com your home page, so you won’t miss anything.”

In addition to the relaunched Web site, Chiropractic Economics is now publishing its e-newsletter twice a month, said Segall. “Plus, we are offering a free Chiropractic Economics Product Spotlight newsletter, which is distributed once a month.”

Segall emphasized that despite all of the new product offerings, the aim of Chiropractic Economics remains the same as it has since 1954. “We are dedicated to practice growth and prosperity, just as we have always been,” she said.

About Chiropractic Economics: Chiropractic Economics magazine has been in continuous publication since 1954. Its mission is to help practicing chiropractors succeed in the business of chiropractic. The magazine is published 20 times a year.
