White House Marketing Attends Branding Summit Followed by a National Employee Success Meeting

Several representatives of White House Marketing joined President Randy W. in Atlanta to learn more about branding in the new age of technology.

Corona, CA, April 29, 2017 --(PR.com)-- The summit took place in Atlanta, Georgia on April 21, 2017 and April 22, 2017 at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Atlanta. Only forty marketing companies were invited to attend this branding summit. White House Marketing was selected among those companies, due its major growth in the last few years. The meeting was an interactive experience, guided by some of the nation’s top branding executives.

With the changing world, social media and online sources are becoming the foundation for the millennial generation. According to entrepreneur.com, “The average millennial spends 18 hours a day consuming media – often multiple forms at once. These forms are completely different from those favored by prior generation. For example, the average millennial...spends 5.4 hours on social media per day.”

Randy W., President stated, “This is where society is at now. We have to recognize it and conform to it - especially with us being a marketing firm. I knew this summit would be important to getting a better understanding of the younger generations’ mindsets. We will be making some major changes and I am looking forward to adjusting things with this format.” Randy selected two individuals to attend this summit with him. The representatives are on the forefront of the social media and online side of things.

White House Marketing sent two representatives to attend a National Employee Success Meeting.

Employee Success, formerly known as Human Resources, Directors from around the country came together for a national meeting on Sunday, April 23, 2017. In attendance were hundreds of directors from across the country. The meeting covered topics specific for the foundation of employees’ successes. These topics included: legal documents, research, analytics, employee forms, and so much more.

“Being invited to this meeting was such an honor - to represent White House Marketing, Inc. We had an opportunity to learn from others and be more hands on with the continued growth of our marketing firm,” says Payten F.

It is important for all companies to stay up-to-date with changing compliance. Just as often as society’s outlook on media changes, so do rules and forms for new employees. WHM usually sends members to these meetings twice a year to ensure that WHM stays in the know.
