AIM to Host Data Capture Event | Partnership Part of RFID Journal LIVE! 2017 Post-Conference Seminars on Key Topics

Pittsburgh, PA, April 29, 2017 --(PR.com)-- AIM, the trusted worldwide industry association for the automatic identification industry, providing unbiased information, educational resources and standards for nearly half a century, has announced it will host a special post-conference seminar on Data Capture as part of this year's RFID Journal LIVE! event in Phoenix, Arizona.

The seminar was designed to best explain how innovations in radio frequency identification (RFID) can coexist with other technologies being used by companies today. Working in partnership with Professor Kevin Berisso, PhD, of The Automatic Identification Lab, Herff College of Engineering at the University of Memphis, AIM will bring together more than a dozen executives to present multiple sessions that will address topics including Auto-ID Standards & Regulations, Data Integration Options and RFID Deployment Best Practices.

Additionally, AIM will present a series of live demos to showcase mobile solutions and other critical aspects of any RFID deployment. Companies slated to participate include A2B Tracking, Alien Technology, Avery Dennison, CDO Technologies, Danzz, FLEXcon, Impinj, Innovatum, Omni-ID, RFID|direct, Seagull Scientific, Technology Solutions, LLC and Zebra Technologies.

"AIM's seminar is a perfect way to tie together all of the information available at RFID Journal LIVE!," said Mary Lou Bosco, AIM Chief Operating Officer. "Most companies have unique issues and even with a wealth of information it often becomes about how to find the most appropriate RFID or AIDC solution. This seminar will provide an interactive, hands-on experience with some of today's most highly regarded innovators and technical experts, allowing attendees to find the solutions that will work for them."

Special underwriting for AIM's Data Capture event is provided by Avery Dennison, Aware Innovations, CDO Technologies, RFID|direct, SML and the University of Memphis.
