Linda Luperchio oversees all aspects of The Hanover Insurance Group's information lifecycle governance processes, including e-discovery, electronic and hard copy records management. In addition, Luperchio manages litigation discovery, partnering with internal and external legal counsel. She recently spearheaded an end-to-end, company-wide e-discovery software implementation project, resulting in the ability to internally identify, preserve, collect and produce electronically stored information.
