Attorney Brent M. Buckley Invited to Present at Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association Program

Buckley, the Firm's Managing Partner, has been invited to present on Legal and Liability Issues and Roles at the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's upcoming program, "Managing Risk: Tools for Building an Effective Risk and Crisis Management Program." Buckley will focus his presentation on D&O liability and the fiduciary duty to prepare for corporate crisis, protecting privilege, as well as the roles of general counsel and outside counsel in protecting corporate assets.

Presenting with Buckley is Kevin J.
