Buckley, the Firm's Managing Partner, has been invited to present on Legal and Liability Issues and Roles at the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association's upcoming program, "Managing Risk: Tools for Building an Effective Risk and Crisis Management Program." Buckley will focus his presentation on D&O liability and the fiduciary duty to prepare for corporate crisis, protecting privilege, as well as the roles of general counsel and outside counsel in protecting corporate assets.
Presenting with Buckley is Kevin J. Donahue, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Reputation Risk and Crisis Management Group of Falls Communications, who will provide an overview of crisis management and preparedness as well as facilitate a hypothetical risk scenario/tabletop exercise for all attendees to participate in and learn from.
